How to setup Droid Phone to check your email

From the Applications menu, select Email. This application may be named Mail on some versions of Android.

Type your full email address, for example youremail@yourdomain.xxx, and your password, and then select Manual.

On the Incoming server settings page, check that your email address is correct and add the following:

EMAIL Address: Type your full email address in this box, for example, youremail@yourdomain.xxx.

User Name Type your full email address in this box, for example, youremail@yourdomain.xxx

If Domain and Username are separate text boxes in your version of Android, leave the Domain box empty, and type your full email address in the Username

Password Use the password that you use to access your account.

IMAP Server or POP3 Server: mail.yourdomain.xxx

Security type Select your security type. Choose SSL or Password any option should work

Port number 993.

Tap Next.

 If you receive a message about additional security features or a message that the server could not be verified (Click ok), select OK to continue.
On the Outgoing server settings page, add the following:

SMTP server: mail.yourdomain.xxx

Security type Select your security type. TLS.

Port number 587.

Tap Next.

In Account name type a name for this account and the name you want displayed when you send e-mail to others.

Tap Done.
